ABOUT ME

I am interested in investigating electronic transport properties of nanostructures and their applications in energy harvesting and sensing. Our main focus is to understand the effects of interaction and disorder on the electronic transport properties of nanostructures. By fabricating novel nanodevices and studying their electronic transport properties under various conditions, we can access the mechanisms affecting the charge transport properties that are otherwise inaccessible. The study of various scattering mechanisms that limit the mobility and interactions among the charge carriers is important from not only fundamental point of view but also this knowledge is necessary for the design of efficient energy harvesting devices and sensors.
